  • License Grant: When you purchase or access any digital product from MATING STRATEGIES, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to access, stream, or download the content for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Restrictions: You strictly agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, stream-rip, share, resell, or modify any digital content, course materials, audiobooks, or ebooks provided by MATING STRATEGIES.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are displayed on our checkout pages and may be updated from time to time.

  • Taxes and International Fees: Depending on your country of residence, digital sales taxes, VAT, or GST may be calculated and applied at checkout. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely handled through third-party processors (such as Stripe or Apple/Google App Store billing). MATING STRATEGIES does not store your full payment card details.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our inventory consists entirely of digital downloads, streaming media (audiobooks/courses), and software:

  • General No-Refund Policy: All sales of digital ebooks, audiobooks, digital courses, and app purchases are final. Once digital course content, audio streams, or file downloads have been accessed, unlocked, or delivered, refunds or cancellations will generally not be provided.

  • Statutory Waivers for Digital Content: By completing your purchase and initiating the download, streaming, or access of your ebook, audiobook, or digital course, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period (such as those mandated in the EU/UK) where applicable by law.

  • Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be issued solely at the discretion of MATING STRATEGIES in cases of verifiable technical defects, corrupted files that cannot be replaced, or duplicate charges.
