Refunds depend on the product.

Apple apps
Refunds for apps purchased through Apple are handled by Apple under Apple’s standard refund process. Request those in your Apple account / App Store. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

All other products
Books, courses, challenges, coaching, and other non-Apple purchases each have their own refund policy. The policy that applies is the one shown at checkout for that product.

How to request a refund
Email support@matingstrategies.com. Include your order email, the product name, and the date of purchase.

What is not refundable

• Requests sent after that product’s refund deadline

• Requests that do not meet the other terms of that product’s policy

Those requests will not be honored.
